Delete your ValeMais account
App: ValeMais — com.valemais.app
You can erase your account and all data linked to it at any time — from inside the app or by email. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Option 1 — In the app (immediate)
- Open ValeMais and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Tap the Settings tab in the bottom bar.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete account and history".
- Confirm in the dialog that appears. If you have not signed in recently, the app will ask for your password — or a fresh Google or Apple sign-in — to confirm your identity.
- That's it. The account and history are erased immediately and you are returned to the login screen.
Option 2 — By email
If you no longer have access to the app, or prefer to request it in writing, send an email to contato@lwforge.com from the address registered in the app, with the subject "ValeMais — account deletion request".
We confirm ownership of the account and complete the deletion within 15 calendar days, as set out in Art. 19 of Brazil's LGPD.
What is erased

What is kept temporarily

Note: deleting your account does not uninstall the app from your device, and uninstalling the app does not delete your account. They are independent actions.
